I am the Head of Operations (North America) and International Accounts at FATfreq, overseeing all North American orders and select international accounts in close coordination with our Singapore headquarters.
I manage end-to-end operations including sales infrastructure, logistics, payments, and customer experience, ensuring precision and consistency at every level.
My relationship with FATfreq began as an artist endorsee, which gave me a deep, firsthand understanding of both the product and the realities of working musicians.
I was then brought on in Artist Relations, where I built trust within the music community and singlehandedly developed FATfreq’s North American presence from the ground up. By creating the sales pipeline, operational systems, and artist partnerships, I helped grow the brand into one trusted by respected, established musicians, with appearances on the GRAMMYs stage and Spotify Sessions.
My meticulous approach and ability to scale creative vision into structure led to my promotion into operational leadership in a short period of time.
While my role today is rooted in operations, my heart remains in artist relations. I continue to support artist partnerships, marketing initiatives, demo sessions, ear impressions, and major industry events such as NAMM and CanJam.
I am driven by a passion for lifting others up in the music industry and building systems that allow artists to feel supported, empowered, and free to focus on their craft.
